Return and Refund Policy

At Luxe Glow Lab, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and personalized results. Due to the nature of our treatments and the time reserved exclusively for each client, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on any services, packages, deposits, or gift cards. This policy applies to all body sculpting, skin revision treatments, and cosmetic enhancement services.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit or session credit. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will always do our best to address any concerns or adjustments needed during your treatment plan.
